What happens to changes after the production is complete?

We welcome clients to tour our Ice Instittions Dubai/ Ajman manufacturing facility by appointment. It is a great way to see the confidence in our processes, and to work together in real time on difficult projects .

We strive to accommodate early changes to production as best as we can. However, major changes after the bulk cutting are likely to include costs and time extensions. Our team is open and transparent, and we will not hold back for modifications in consultation .

How do you ensure the same colors for future orders?

To ensure future orders and their colors run the same, we ensure our digital specifications and track the fabrics and threads used by the dye lots and the replaced colors . Our vault of swatches aids in the same for the essential brand colors .

Do you do last-minute orders for uniforms?

Yes, we have stta­the last-minute orders for uniforms. It is a great way to see the confidence in our processes, and to work together in real time on difficult projects .

Strategic Consultation and Requirements Gathering

Every successful uniform manufacturing process begins by understanding the requirements. We use the consultation stage to understand the brand’s personality, and operational and functional requirements. We gather all the information we can before the design and production processes begin.

Development of Creative Design, Fusion, and Digital Visualization 

Once the guides are aligned, our design team will create various designs in terms of usability, and aesthetics as well as the brand.

Internal Manufacturing and Stringent Quality Assurance  

With the conclusions of the finalized designs, the order is sent to our Ajman/Dubai facility, wherein our uniform production skilled artisans work under one quality control system.
